Light Stability: Good

Heat Stability: Excellent

Properties: Insoluble pigment- must be completely dispersed in food to optimize performance. High usage levels in food can lead to consumer complaints of stool-staining. Minimize use in pet foods- acceptable for pet treats. Contact the Color Group Technical Service Staff for additional information.

Applications: General food use, except products with low pH products or low viscosity (pigment may settle out of suspension).
